Boiler Inspection

This building had a old 40-year-old boiler. It was very dirty and the flame was flickering and orange. I reported to have a specialist come and take a look at it. After cleaning and evaluating it they felt comfortable this unit would last 5-10 more years, if not long. Servicing your heating equipment yearly is the best form of preventive maintenance.
