John’s report are detailed and easy to navigate. I use it like a check list every time I’m looking for a to-do. Scheduling and payment was quick and easy. He was also accommodating, especially with the Radon test, when the sellers air conditioner went out. We had plenty of time with our contingency and he came back after the AC was fixed. A radon test requires closing all windows for 2 days, which wasn’t practical on a hot summer day.
